This Refund Policy applies to MindBucket subscriptions offered by Research Maestro Limited Liability Company (doing business as Blue Compass Software, LLC) ("we," "us," or "our") at mindbucket.net. Our subscription payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Please read this policy before subscribing.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges, including your initial purchase and any renewal charges. Because a free version of MindBucket is available to try before you subscribe, you have the opportunity to evaluate the service at no cost, and at checkout you expressly acknowledge and waive any right to a refund in exchange for immediate access to Pro features.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, reachable from the "Billing" menu in the app. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to free (view-only) access. Cancelling stops future charges; no refund is issued for the remaining period.
MindBucket offers a free version you can use before subscribing, so you can evaluate the app before any charge is made. We encourage you to try it first.
Deleting your account immediately cancels any active subscription, without a refund for the remaining period. If you would prefer to keep access through the end of your paid period, use "Cancel subscription" rather than "Delete account."
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. Where such rights apply, they are honored.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.
